Event Details

Stay after storytime ends for a special Stay and Play! An Early Childhood Specialist from 211 Child Care will be facilitating a discussion and providing resources for the families in our program. This event is facilitated in collaboration with the Branford Early Start Partnership for Children.

Young children do not inherently know how to listen or speak; they acquire these skills through daily interactions with those around them. This discussion will explore methods for incorporating six essential language and literacy skills: talking, listening, singing, playing, reading, and writing.
