Are you interested in helping veterans in a meaningful way? Is there a veteran in your life who is in need of care? Sarah Jane Dailey, a Clinical Social Worker with the VA, will discuss Medical Foster Homes. Serving as an alternative to a nursing home, they may be appropriate for Veterans who require nursing home care but prefer a non-institutional setting. This program enriches the lives of both the veterans and the generous caregivers who accept them into their homes. Learn about one family’s experience with the program here.
