Our speaker is Deacon Max Sklar, YDS (MDiv '23).  He is a Deacon in the Episcopal Church with the Diocese of Massachusetts and will be ordained a priest in February.  Max has been living and working with a Palestinian Christian Community in Ramallah, West Bank, and will be reflecting on his experiences in Palestine both pre- and post October 7th.  Join us to explore the history and current reality of the conflict through his personal testimony and reflections particularly on the spiritual and social state of the community in Ramallah, as well as other communities in Palestine and Israel in crisis.

Bring your own brown bag lunch, drinks will be provided for all attendees.
