Get ready to learn as Lydia Remembrance, author of Ethen's Tree, reads a heartwarming and magical tale about a boy's love for his grandmother and the love that he has for a very wise old tree. This loving story bridges the gap between family love and the love that exists amongst the trees and their families. Ethen's Tree will explore the mycelium network of the trees in an age appropriate way that will peak the imagination and curiosity of the adult reader and child as well. Be prepared for an ending that may surprise you! Following the book reading, a small organic salad will be served, allowing the children to ask questions about the book or what it's like to be an author. Although all ages are welcome, this story is best suited for 5-8 year olds. Registration is required.
