Due to a weather cancellation, we're hosting a bonus Intro to Pilates class!
Have you ever been curious about Pilates? If practiced consistently, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. In this introductory series of classes, you’ll learn the basics of Pilates from certified instructor Cindy Kondziela. Whether you’re new to fitness or just trying to mix up your existing fitness routine, this class has something for everyone. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
