Event Details

Find your sea legs with local author Jules Bakes! Stop by the library to hear about the making of a graphic novel. Test your origami skills with a boat craft. Book signing to follow and copies of the books will be available for purchase. Recommended for ages 8 through 12.

About the Author:

Jules Bakes spent her childhood sailing around the Caribbean and South America, but these days she lives in Hamden, Connecticut with her husband, two weirdo little dogs, and the ghosts of many fish. This is her first novel.
