Art Workshop: Leaf-Printed Cards

Join us for a nature-themed art workshop to create leaf-printed cards with local artist educator, Denise Smith! All supplies will be provided. Sponsored by the David J. Hughes Memorial Fund.

Denise Smith from Cheshire, Ct. is a lifelong, self-taught artist educator with a deep connection with the woodlands of New England.  Being in the woods and creating her artwork from the bounty of foraged birch branches, pinecones, bark, leaves, and moss has been a healing practice for Denise. She is inspired to share that passion in her workshops and offers a variety of creative experiences in community art centers and public libraries throughout CT.
