The Synergismus Duo will be performing a concert to celebrate Valentine’s Day with classical and contemporary music about love. They will play some of the greatest love duets from opera and Broadway, some passionate tangos, and a few special pieces for viola d’amore on the violin and cello.

Registration is required to attend this IN PERSON event.

About The Synergismus Duo
Synergismus is the premier violin-cello duo of Southern Connecticut. Its members, Millie and Randy Calistri-Yeh, live in Killingworth and have been playing together for over 30 years in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Millie Calistri-Yeh is a member of the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra (CT) and the Connecticut Symphony Orchestra (CT).  She was previously first violinist in the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (NJ) and Penfield Symphony Orchestra (NY), and assistant concertmaster of the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (NY). She studied violin at the Eastman School of Music under Stanley Chepaitis and Oliver Steiner.

Randy Calistri-Yeh is a member of the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra (CT) and the Connecticut Symphony Orchestra (CT).  He was previously principal cellist of the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (NJ), the Penfield Symphony Orchestra (NY) and the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (NY). He is the founder of Custom Chamber Music, which provides custom arrangements of classical music.
