An education program presented by the Alzheimer's Association.

Are you a caregiver (family member or friend) for someone with Alzheimer's disease or another type of progressive dementia?  We all need some form of support during this caregiver journey. Join us to learn more about the resources available through the Alzheimer's Association. Presented with The Connecticut Hospice and the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut.

This discussion will include more information on care consultations and caregiver support groups, programs that can help pay for care, hospice criteria and support for people with Alzheimer's disease and other progressive types of dementia, and other important programs and services for caregivers.
